Join Our Team as a Phlebotomist
At Dallah Hospital, we are committed to providing our patients with the highest quality of care. As a Phlebotomist, your role will be instrumental in delivering vital services. You will be responsible for:
  • Extracting blood samples from patients, including newborns and children, following prescribed medical tests.
  • Ensuring the accuracy and completeness of laboratory requests, including essential patient data.
  • Labeling and organizing collected samples appropriately.
  • Assisting in bleeding time assessments for in-patients, particularly in challenging extraction situations.
  • Transporting specimens for urgent tests as needed.
  • Managing supplies within the phlebotomy rooms effectively.
  • In the absence of the receptionist, you will handle cash payment receipts and data entry for patient invoices.
  • Informing patients about investigation procedures, including fasting requirements.
  • Maintaining updated documentation within your assigned area.
  • Ensuring all supplies in the phlebotomy area are within expiration dates.
  • Participating in patient and family education to enhance understanding of care processes.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Technologist.
  • A * in Medical Technology or a diploma in Medical Lab Technology (4 years).
Skills:
You should demonstrate adaptability, integrity, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.

Qualifications:
  • Current registration in the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties as a Physiotherapist.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospital setting.
