About the Role

Swatch Group is seeking a PMO Coordinator - Engineer to support project governance, planning, and performance monitoring within the PMO framework. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on ensuring alignment with engineering standards, timelines, and organizational project management practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress against baselines for scope, time, and cost.
  • Assist in identifying project risks, issues, and mitigation actions.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to validate technical inputs.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies and standards.
  • Track project milestones and highlight any deviations.
  • Ensure compliance with PMO processes, templates, and standards.
  • Prepare project dashboards and performance reports.
  • Support portfolio-level reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain centralized PMO documentation and records.
  • Assist in project audits and reviews.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO.
  • Review engineering deliverables for completeness, without providing final approval.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely submissions.
  • Support integration between different engineering disciplines.
  • Monitor and report project performance to PMO and management.
  • Enforce adherence to PMO standards and processes.
  • Escalate risks, delays, and compliance issues as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil or Architecture).
  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination or PMO roles.
  • Knowledge of project management principles; PMI or equivalent is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
  • Good command of English, both spoken and written.
