About the Role

Women First Jobs is seeking a full-time Presales Consultant Cybersecurity to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is central to supporting the sales team by providing expert guidance and technical expertise throughout the pre-sales process for Managed Security Services (MSS) and other cybersecurity solutions.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in engaging clients to understand their specific cybersecurity needs. This involves developing tailored proposals, acting as a trusted advisor, and driving the adoption of comprehensive cybersecurity solutions. The position requires a solid understanding of the business culture and market in Saudi Arabia, coupled with the ability to build strong relationships with local clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and deliver expert technical guidance on Managed Security Services, cybersecurity solutions, and threat intelligence.
  • Design and customize MSS and cybersecurity solutions based on customer needs, ensuring proposals align with industry best practices and meet client security objectives.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients, explaining complex cybersecurity concepts in clear, understandable terms.
  • Articulate the unique selling points of the company’s MSS offerings and differentiate them from competitors in the market.
  • Engage directly with potential and existing clients to understand their security pain points, discuss requirements, and provide high-level solutions in architecture and design.
  • Assist with preparing and responding to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other documentation related to potential business opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends, threats, and technologies in the cybersecurity and MSS landscape, incorporating this knowledge into client solutions.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, technical support, product management) to ensure client expectations are met and solutions are appropriately delivered.
  • Support Proof of Concept (PoC) activities and assist clients in evaluating MSS offerings in their own environments.
  • Provide internal training and technical support to the sales team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to sell cybersecurity solutions effectively.

Qualifications and Experience

  • At least 8-10 years of experience in a cybersecurity presale role or a similar position.
  • Experience in Managed Security Services (MSS) is strongly preferred.
  • Solid understanding of the business culture and market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with local clients and partners.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment while also taking ownership of tasks independently.

Work Environment and Travel

This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves both domestic and international travel to support client engagements and business objectives.
