About the Role

TAWANTECH is seeking a Private Banking & Tailored Products Expert to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on enhancing private banking offerings and meeting the needs of High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the private banking landscape and the ability to develop and implement innovative financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, structure, and implement tailored products for the Private Banking segment.
• Translate strategic concepts and product ideas from the Private Banking team into approved and executable product solutions.
• Ensure product solutions align with client needs, business objectives, and operational feasibility.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of Private Banking products, including credit and financing solutions for High-Net-Worth and Ultra-High-Net-Worth clients.
• Apply a strong understanding of relationship-based advisory models, bespoke lending structures, and specialized private client offerings.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a similar field within private banking or tailored product development.
• Proven capability in the development, structuring, and implementation of tailored products for the Private Banking segment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategic concepts and product ideas into executable product solutions.
• Experience in ensuring alignment with client needs, business objectives, and operational feasibility.
• Exposure to international Private Banking practices and standards is preferred.
