Procurement Manager

About the Role

Qureos is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities for a logistics company in Riyadh. This full-time role focuses on ensuring cost-effective purchasing, fostering reliable supplier relationships, and guaranteeing the timely availability of essential goods and services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business needs.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers and service providers.
• Manage the purchasing of logistics, transportation, warehousing, and operational requirements.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor supplier performance, quality, costs, and delivery timelines.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and all procurement documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with Operations, Finance, and Warehouse teams.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure compliance with procurement policies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a preference for experience within logistics or supply chain sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in cost control, vendor management, and purchasing operations.
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and ERP systems.
• Experience in the Saudi market is preferred.

Work Environment

This role is based in Riyadh and operates on a full-time basis, requiring collaboration with various internal departments to achieve procurement objectives.
