About the Role

Hallek Technologies is seeking a Project Manager to oversee IT projects from initiation through to final delivery. This full-time position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and translate customer requirements into clear, actionable project scenarios.
• Prepare and review project plans and workflows.
• Manage project teams, including task distribution and follow-up on execution.
• Ensure adherence to project plans and manage external requirements through formal Change Requests.
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of each phase.
• Coordinate project meetings, training sessions, and the final project delivery process.
• Provide observations and decisions, and track them to closure.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience in managing IT projects, or specifically ERP and CRM projects.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience is required.

Required Skills and Attributes

• Excellent command of the Arabic language, both written and spoken, is essential for team and project communication. Applications lacking sufficient Arabic proficiency will not be considered.
• Ability to write clear scenarios and explain solutions to clients in a simple and understandable manner.
• An organized and disciplined personality with a strong ability to follow up with the team without deviating from project goals or losing focus.
• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail and progress across all.
• Familiarity with Zoho is considered a plus.

Work Environment

This is a full-time role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The work involves direct communication and management within a project team environment.
