About the Role

SimCorp is expanding its Project Management Service Line within EMEA, focusing on enhancing the commercial and delivery management of its offerings. We are seeking experienced Project Managers to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time role involves managing the delivery of SimCorp Dimension and related services to asset managers, fund managers, banks, insurance companies, and pension funds.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager at SimCorp, you will be responsible for all facets of implementation projects. This includes client engagement, resource and financial management, and navigating stakeholder complexities. The role requires leading project execution with an emphasis on delivering enhanced customer value and outcomes, while also effectively measuring and mitigating risks for SimCorp.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing all aspects of SimCorp implementations across products and services, including clarification, design, configuration, data conversion, integration, testing, and training.
• Overseeing multiple implementation-related workstreams, identifying all required tasks, dependencies, and time/resource estimations, and providing regular status updates.
• Managing project handovers from Presales to Onboarding and from Onboarding to the Run phase.
• Facilitating business requirements gathering workshops.
• Contributing to the improvement and documentation of best practices for implementation projects globally in collaboration with the Global PMO.
• Creating and maintaining essential project artifacts such as project plans, reports, and RAID change requests.
• Effectively monitoring customer feedback and reporting on findings.
• Actively identifying and mitigating project risks.
• Motivating the project team and ensuring continuous improvement within the team.

Required Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for candidates who can demonstrate proficiency in several of the following areas and possess the ability to develop expertise in the remaining skills to a high standard.

• Proven track record in delivering multi-stream projects within complex business environments.
• PMI/Prince 2 or equivalent certification.
• Knowledge and experience within the Investment Management, Asset Management, or Financial Services industries is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with implementation-focused projects in the Financial Technology sector is considered a plus.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.

Work Environment and Logistics

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role requires a willingness to travel to client sites within the MEA region. Employees are expected to be available to come into the SimCorp office 2 times a week.
