Join Our Team as a Public Relations Officer!

At PW (PhysicsWallah), we are on the lookout for an experienced Public Relations Officer (PRO) to manage all governmental processes and ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws and business regulations. The PRO will coordinate with governmental agencies and efficiently handle work visas, licenses, and legal documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process employee visas, work permits, residency renewals, and other legal documents.
  • Manage company licenses, registrations, and governmental approvals.
  • Coordinate with governmental entities (Ministry of Labor, Passport Office, Social Insurance, Chamber of Commerce, etc.).
  • Ensure complete compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
  • Handle document verification, documentation, and official approvals as required.
  • Stay updated on new developments and amendments in laws and regulations affecting business operations.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Public Relations Officer (PRO) in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, visa procedures, and compliance.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
