About the Role

MADKOUR is seeking a highly experienced QC Manager to lead and oversee all Quality Control activities across major Energy Projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This critical role involves ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, client requirements, international standards, and the company's quality management systems throughout all project phases. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest quality standards on large-scale EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project Quality Control plans, procedures, and inspection programs.
• Lead and manage QC teams, ensuring the effective execution of quality control activities during engineering, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning phases.
• Guarantee compliance with all project specifications, contractual obligations, and applicable international codes and standards.
• Review and approve Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, quality procedures, and all related documentation.
• Oversee site inspections, testing activities, and material approvals to ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Manage the reporting and resolution of non-conformance reports (NCRs), implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project teams on all quality-related matters.
• Support internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards and the company's quality management systems.
• Prepare and present detailed quality performance reports, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and project quality status updates to senior management.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in Quality Control, specifically within EPC, Energy, Power, or Infrastructure Projects.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a QC Manager on large-scale EPC projects is essential.
• Proven experience working in Saudi Arabia is a mandatory requirement.
• Possession of a valid Iqama (KSA resident permit) is required.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires a candidate with over 10 years of experience, with specific emphasis on a minimum of 15 years in Quality Control within relevant project sectors. ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or equivalent quality certifications are highly preferred.
