About the Quality Operations Coach Role
Panda Retail Company – Savola Group is seeking a Quality Operations Coach to ensure product quality compliance across its retail stores, central bakery, and fresh vendor facilities in Riyadh. This full-time position requires a dedicated professional to implement quality standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Product Quality Coach Programs for retail stores, facilities, and omnichannel operations to meet Panda's quality standards.
- Implement the Product Quality Coach Visiting plan to support the implementation of improvement actions.
- Prepare and communicate non-compliance reports to relevant departments, and follow up until closure.
- Conduct supplier quality audits for private label (food & non-food) and fresh vendors to verify compliance with standards and protect customers from food safety hazards.
- Report and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) raised during supplier audits until closure.
- Investigate customer complaints and NCRs, analyze data, and submit findings to the Quality Operation Regional Manager for corrective actions.
- Complete and submit necessary forms, including complaint and investigation forms, to the Operation Regional Manager.
- Monitor pest control and hygiene service activities at stores and facilities, and communicate related issues.
- Contribute to the development of quality training materials and conduct training sessions for targeted employees to enhance their knowledge and performance.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality, Food Science, Microbiology, Veterinary Medicine, Agricultural Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Certified Lead Auditor is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in an Audit and Quality position.
- Knowledge of Quality Management and Supplier Audit programs.
- Familiarity with local and international food safety standards (HACCP, ISO, AIB, BRC) and Saudi regulatory authority requirements.
- Experience in food safety and hygiene across manufacturing, retail, or hospitality sectors.

Work Environment Details
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves regular visits to retail stores and facilities within the region.
