About the Role

Alstom is seeking a Railway Telecommunication Project Manager to join their team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time, onsite position offers an opportunity to apply project management expertise within the transport industry. The role is instrumental in driving project execution to meet contractual requirements, customer expectations, and ensure timely delivery while optimizing financial results.

Key Responsibilities

• Maximize project results concerning cash and margin, ensuring on-time delivery.
• Maintain accountability for project Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Planning (QCDP).
• Ensure compliance with project Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) standards.
• Manage and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth execution.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure effective communication and reporting to all relevant stakeholders.
• Protect Alstom's legal and contractual rights.
• Seek and propose additional opportunities to the Customer Director or Platform.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience or understanding of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Familiarity with contractual and financial management principles.
