Role Overview
AHTARAFION is seeking an entry-level Receptionist to provide essential front-desk support in a leading plastic manufacturing company located in Riyadh Industrial Area 2. The Receptionist will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests while assisting the General Manager with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
  • Direct guests to the appropriate staff or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls and messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Receive and distribute mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative assistance to the General Manager, including scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
  • Manage office supplies and ensure their availability.
  • Arrange meetings, appointments, and hospitality for visitors.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive information.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented.
  • Able to multitask and work independently.

Working Conditions
Standard working hours with flexibility as required by management.

  • Maintain the host station and immediate guest waiting areas (*, entrance lobby) in a neat, organized, and presentable condition at all times.

  • Act as the central communication point between the front-of-house management, serving staff, and the kitchen to ensure seating decisions align with service capabilities.
