Role Overview:
As a Recruitment Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Mace's growth across the Middle East. You will attract skilled professionals for various positions while partnering with key stakeholders for internal resourcing and external recruitment needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the sourcing of talent to meet business needs.
  • Support candidate identification aligned with business requirements.
  • Contribute to promoting internal career mobility.
  • Utilize a broad range of sourcing methods to meet talent needs.
  • Strengthen the internal referral pipeline through employee recommendations.
  • Provide constructive feedback to candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Maintain and ensure quality of candidate records.
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations throughout the hiring process.
  • Create effective job advertisements for hiring.

Qualifications:
  • Proven recruitment experience.
  • Strong screening, interviewing, and negotiating skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Deep subject matter expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Professional network across sectors of expertise.
  • Strong senior manager stakeholder management skills.
  • Regional experience is critical.
  • CIPD or equivalent qualification preferred.
