Join Our Team as a Recruitment Manager (F&B/ Hospitality)
Burjline Builders is seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts within the Food & Beverage and Hospitality sectors. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B and Hospitality sectors.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
Utilize various sourcing channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Stay informed on market trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to measure success.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar senior recruitment role.
Strong track record of recruiting in the Food & Beverage and/or Hospitality industry.
In-depth knowledge of the full recruitment lifecycle.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Experience recruiting within the Saudi Arabian or wider GCC market is an advantage.
