About the Role

Trading and Development Partnership is seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is responsible for managing the complete recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of positions across the organization, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and execute all stages of the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, reference checks, negotiation, and finalizing offers.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define job requirements, understand departmental needs, and establish effective interview processes and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source candidates using a variety of tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards, professional networks (*, LinkedIn), and university relations.
• Ensure all candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout the hiring process.
• Accurately maintain and update candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Track key recruitment metrics (*, time-to-fill, source of hire) and provide regular reports to management, identifying trends and areas for optimization.
• Adhere to all relevant employment laws and company hiring policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably covering multiple departments or role types.
• Demonstrated experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a corporate or in-house recruiting environment.
• Knowledge of current market trends and competitive compensation packages.
