They arrange preparatory lectures on request and provide essential study materials, offering guidance on assessments and exam requirements to support candidates in their licensing journey.

The Role of Registered Nurse

World Nursing Education Services Pakistan is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, encompassing the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in strict accordance with established clinical standards and facility policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor and record vital signs accurately.
  • Maintain precise and comprehensive clinical documentation.
  • Collaborate effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and their families regarding treatment plans and health management.
  • Promote and adhere to infection control and safety practices within the clinical environment.
  • Participate actively in quality improvement initiatives.
  • Mentor junior staff and support the orientation process for nurses preparing for licensure exams, as required.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A current, valid nursing license and eligibility to practice as a Registered Nurse in Saudi Arabia.
  • 5-10 years of relevant nursing experience.
  • Demonstrated capacity to work full-time in an on-site, fast-paced clinical environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Willingness to engage in ongoing professional development, including exam preparation relevant to Gulf nursing licensure.
  • Prior acute care or hospital experience in medical-surgical, emergency, or critical care settings is considered an advantage.
