About the Renewals Manager Role

Cisco is seeking a Renewals Manager to join its team in Riyadh, KSA. This full-time position is central to driving recurring revenue and ensuring customers realize the full value of their investments. The role involves leading the end-to-end renewal process for accounts of medium complexity, balancing commercial strategy with customer business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Renewals Specialists, and other internal teams to align account plans, validate customer data, and support a unified renewal strategy.
  • Drive commercial and contract readiness by managing quote preparation, resolving blockers, mitigating risk, and supporting ordering readiness across moderately complex deal structures.
  • Apply structured methodologies, such as MEDDPIC, along with customer and market insights, to guide renewal conversations and reinforce Cisco’s value proposition.
  • Utilize AI tools, automation, and data-driven insights to improve renewal workflows, support forecasting, identify churn risks, and uncover expansion opportunities including cross-sell and upsell.

Required Experience and Skills

Candidates for this position should possess 5-10 years of relevant experience. The role requires the ability to leverage AI-driven insights and structured methodologies to identify expansion opportunities and mitigate risks, ensuring successful, on-time renewals. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Renewals Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to provide a seamless transition and a unified experience for customers.
