Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure a smooth workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and manage the restaurant team.
• Monitor food and service quality, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
• Achieve sales targets and effectively control operational costs and waste.
• Manage inventory, coordinating purchasing and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage shifts and leave requests.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, hygiene, and safety standards.

Required Qualifications
