Role Overview: Sales Manager, Riyadh

Atos is seeking a Sales Manager to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time role is central to expanding Atos’ footprint in the Kingdom, focusing on generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving sales targets. The successful candidate will primarily target opportunities within the public sector, sports, and smart cities, leveraging essential experience with system integrators.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new business opportunities and expand existing client accounts, particularly within the financial or public sectors.
• Manage incoming orders, ensure sales growth, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to consistently achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in targeted sectors, acting as a trusted advisor to align Atos solutions with client needs.
• Lead the planning, coordination, and implementation of the entire offer process, integrating all relevant customer information and requirements.
• Participate in internal approval processes and collaborate with pre-sales and delivery units to assess opportunities, mitigate risks, and develop winning proposals.
• Organize and lead contract negotiations, providing solution-oriented responses to customer inquiries while ensuring alignment with approved offer frameworks.
• Accurately map and maintain business opportunities and pipeline data within Atos' CRM system for transparency and up-to-date information.
• Conduct regular market, customer, and competitor analysis, providing insightful reports on business development progress and creating qualified decision-making templates.
• Initiate and participate in the execution of sales and marketing campaigns to enhance awareness and generate new business opportunities.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 10-12 years of experience in sales and business development within the information technology sector.
• Demonstrated focus on project, solution, or product sales.
• Proven experience working effectively with system integrators.
• Experience managing clients specifically within the financial or public sector.
