About the Role: The Area Sales Manager at Johnson Controls Arabia plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and managing key accounts. As a pivotal member of our team, you will engage in building strong business relationships and ensuring effective market coverage for HVAC solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration, with over 5 years of HVAC sales experience, particularly in UPG/VRF, and a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills & Competencies: Strong negotiation skills, excellent relationship management, analytical abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Sales target achievement, market share growth, number of new accounts acquired, and customer satisfaction scores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Revenue Growth: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; expand market penetration for UPG/VRF products; ensure accurate sales forecasting.
- Customer & Channel Management: Build strong relationships with contractors, conduct regular visits to support ongoing projects, and assist channel partners.
- Market Development: Identify new projects, monitor competitors, and conduct product presentations.
- Project & Tender Management: Coordinate project leads and negotiate pricing within company guidelines.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with operations and finance to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Customer Support: Resolve complaints promptly and maintain high customer loyalty.
