Join Bayut KSA as a Sales Manager!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate sales professionals.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance the team's skills and align with organizational goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Understand client requirements and inform potential investors about property significance.
  • Implement KPIs and metrics to monitor team performance.
  • Provide reports to senior management on sales progress and challenges.
  • Stay updated on market trends, pricing, and customer preferences.
  • Handle key client accounts and complex negotiations.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 3 - 5 Years in the Real Estate Industry or property sales.
  • Knowledge of the KSA real estate industry.
  • Capability to analyze market trends and sales data.
  • Proficiency in CRM software.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English.
