As a Sales Representative, you will be a vital part of our fast-growing commercial team in Riyadh. Working in an onsite environment, you'll play a key role in expanding our market share, building customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through direct engagement with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop strong product knowledge to confidently present solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close deals efficiently.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver high-quality customer service.
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
• Attend events, meet clients onsite, and represent the company professionally in Riyadh.

Must Have Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced onsite environment.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and organizational abilities.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Riyadh.

Nice to Have Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales, especially within the Riyadh market.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
• Established network within relevant industries.

We are looking for a "salesperson" to work in one of our branches. The main responsibility is to assist customers in choosing glasses and eye care products, achieving sales targets, and ensuring a distinctive customer experience in the store. The main tasks: Receiving customers and assisting them in selecting the appropriate products. Achieving the specified sales targets for the branch. Organizing and arranging products within the store and maintaining the overall appearance. The required qualifications: Excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers. Working days: 6 days a week, 8 working hours including a break hour. Flexibility to work in variable shifts (work one shift but can be changed as needed). Available shifts (morning shift: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM or evening shift: 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM).
