Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, efficient, and customer-oriented Barista to join our team. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, beverages, and light snacks, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean, welcoming café environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages to company standards.

• Operate coffee machines, grinders, blenders, and other equipment safely.

• Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.

• Take customer orders accurately and handle payments (cash/card).

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, including tables, counters, and equipment.

• Follow hygiene, food safety, and health & safety regulations.

• Assist with stocking, inventory, and restocking supplies as needed.

• Upsell products and promote specials to enhance customer experience.

• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Previous barista or customer service experience preferred (training may be provided).

• Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and café equipment is a plus.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Attention to detail, cleanliness, and quality.

• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.

• Conduct sales activities to acquire new customers and achieve sales targets.
• Prepare and present timely sales reports.
• Perform customer visits to strengthen relationships.
• Coordinate with production and logistics for timely delivery.
• Manage tender processes and provide updates to senior management.
• Ensure customer data entry and product availability verification.

• University degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
• 2-7 years of sales experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in English and MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Current residence in Jeddah.

• Develop and refine targeted marketing plans for our diverse product range.
• Design and enhance marketing strategies to improve brand positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and partners.
• Conduct market research to uncover new business opportunities and understand consumer behavior.
• Plan and execute impactful marketing campaigns to drive brand visibility.
• Monitor campaign performance, ensuring effective budget utilization.
• Prepare analytical reports on marketing performance metrics and campaign outcomes.
• Create compelling marketing content tailored to our audience.
• Ensure the timely distribution of marketing materials through appropriate channels.
• Track market trends and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.

• 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing role within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of brand management and consumer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
