About the Sales Representative Role
مؤسسة رعاية الحياة للتجارة is seeking a Sales Representative to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time position for an individual with 0-1 years of experience, focused on driving sales performance and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering detailed data and specifications for products and services.
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive database of current and prospective customers, including their contact information and addresses.
- Contacting or visiting customers to present sales offers, highlighting product specifications and competitive advantages.
- Managing the complete sales process, from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Issuing invoices and collecting payments.
- Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and to collect outstanding debts.
- Recording and documenting all collected debts before remitting them to the finance department.
- Preparing and submitting regular work reports, ensuring all documentation is saved.
Sales Process Management
This role involves direct customer interaction to promote goods and services. Key aspects include verifying prices, applying authorized discounts, and ensuring the smooth completion of sales transactions. A significant part of the role is dedicated to managing the financial aspects of sales, including invoice generation and timely debt collection.
Customer Relationship and Data Management
Building and maintaining a robust customer database is essential. This includes systematically collecting and organizing customer data, addresses, and phone numbers. The representative will be responsible for ongoing customer follow-up to foster relationships and ensure all accounts are managed effectively.
Reporting and Performance
Accurate and timely reporting is a critical component of this position. The Sales Representative will be expected to prepare and submit detailed work reports, ensuring all activities and outcomes are properly documented and saved. Performance in this role is directly linked to financial incentives.
