• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area and display space.

• Supporting events and special exhibitions within the gallery as needed.

• Interacting with visitors and answering their inquiries with confidence and knowledge.

• Raising feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience.

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service (preferably in the entertainment sector).

• Proficiency in using point of sale systems and booking software.

She must have excellent communication skills and experience in sales and customer relations. Duties include: welcoming customers and assisting them, showcasing products and explaining their features, completing sales and payment transactions. Compliance with working hours is required, proficiency in using point of sale systems and Excel, the ability to work as part of a team, and maintaining a professional appearance that reflects the environment and identity of the place. Working hours are 8 hours. Note: The salary is 4000 riyals in addition to substantial monthly commissions to be detailed when contacting, as well as health insurance.
