About the Job:
The Sales Specialist - Mining/Concrete/Road Machinery Product Lines is a crucial role within XCMG Group, responsible for driving sales and developing customer relationships in the heavy machinery sector. Your primary objective will be to identify new business opportunities and provide tailored solutions that meet the needs of our valued customers in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the heavy machinery sector, develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
  • Product Knowledge & Demonstrations: Stay updated on industry trends, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, and provide technical assistance during the sales process.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales agreements, prepare proposals and contracts, and close sales while ensuring smooth order fulfilment.
  • Market Research & Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide feedback on potential growth areas.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities in the CRM and prepare sales reports for management review.

Experience & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
- 4-5 years of experience as a Sales Specialist in the Road, Mining, or Concrete Product/Machinery sector.
- Valid Saudi Arabia Driver’s License.
