Join Our Team as a Ramadan Seasonal Salesperson!

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Salesperson to join our Riyadh team for the Ramadan seasonal period. This role will focus on driving sales during peak Ramadan trading, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and Ramadan promotions to maximize sales and satisfaction.
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets through effective selling techniques, upselling, and cross-selling during the seasonal period.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including special Ramadan collections, pricing, and promotional offers.
  • Process transactions accurately using the POS system, handle cash and electronic payments, and assist with daily cash reconciliation.
  • Support merchandising and visual presentation standards by setting up Ramadan displays, replenishing stock, and ensuring a clean sales floor.
  • Participate in inventory counts, receive deliveries, and report discrepancies or shrinkage to management.
  • Provide excellent customer service by resolving inquiries and minor complaints professionally.
  • Collaborate with colleagues on Ramadan promotions, events, and store initiatives.
  • Follow company policies, safety procedures, and local regulations.
  • Record and report sales activity, customer feedback, and operational issues to the store manager.

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or retail is a plus.
  • Minimum 1+ year of retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred; seasonal retail experience is an advantage.
  • Experience with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
  • Legal right to work in Saudi Arabia and willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Required Skills:
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Effective communication skills in Arabic; working proficiency in English is desirable.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet targets.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail for managing stock and transactions.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain a positive attitude under pressure.
  • Basic digital literacy, including familiarity with retail apps and communication tools.
