We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual with exceptional communication skills who prides themselves on delivering extraordinary levels of service and providing creative solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize daily incoming correspondence, make preliminary assessments and handle/respond as appropriate.
- Compose and prepare routine correspondence and interpret documents if requested.
- Prepare, assemble, and distribute various reports and documents.
- Screen incoming telephone calls, manage information, and refer to the appropriate person.
- Maintain an updated calendar for appointments and meetings.
- Establish and maintain filing systems and databases of business contacts.
- Arrange meetings and take minutes.
- Organize business travel arrangements and perform other duties as assigned.
Skills:
You should ideally have a college diploma in secretarial training with relevant previous experience. Fluency in written and spoken English is required, alongside sufficient typing skills to complete 60 wpm accurately. Computer literacy is essential.
Competencies:
The ideal candidate will be courteous, discreet, and capable of dealing with confidential matters. You must be proactive, outgoing, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while being a dedicated team player.
