The Role of Security & Monitoring Coordinator

Dirah Development Company is seeking a detail-oriented Security & Monitoring Coordinator to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time role is crucial for maintaining a safe and organized environment by overseeing surveillance systems, documenting security incidents, and supporting access control procedures. The coordinator will also facilitate coordination with security teams and relevant departments, requiring a high level of confidentiality and responsiveness, particularly in escalating security-related matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV cameras and security surveillance systems, identify unusual or suspicious activities, and escalate them according to approved procedures.
• Document security incidents and observations, ensuring that all relevant records and reports are accurate and up to date.
• Support and monitor access control procedures for employees, visitors, and contractors.
• Coordinate security patrols and inspections, and follow up on observations and corrective actions.
• Review surveillance footage when required, maintaining the confidentiality of information and evidence.
• Support emergency response, evacuation, and security preparedness activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, security personnel, contractors, and service providers to complete required security procedures.
• Prepare security alerts, reports, and updates as needed.
• Comply with security policies and procedures, privacy requirements, and information confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• Experience required: 0-1 years in a relevant field.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills.

Work Environment and Location

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh. The role involves working within a dynamic team focused on urban and heritage development projects.
