Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in a structured training program to learn about market dynamics, Musco's products, and sales strategies.
• Participate in customer meetings and internal training sessions to understand customer needs.
• Conduct outreach initiatives, including cold calling, to enhance communication and sales skills.
• Assist in developing educational strategies for various customer segments.
• Learn to advocate for Musco's products while shadowing experienced sales personnel.
• Engage in market research to understand factors influencing sales.
• Support Sales Management in strategic planning and operational tasks.
• Participate in tradeshows and conferences to assist in promotional activities.

Qualifications:

• Must have work authorization in Saudi Arabia, be a Saudi National or hold permanent residency.
• Proficiency in Arabic and English.
• Entry-level university graduate with 0-3 years of experience.
• Degree in Sports Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Business, or related field.
• Passion for sales and building customer relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
• Tenacity and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.

About the Job:
The Sales Representative is responsible for expanding the customer base and increasing sales in the automotive sector by offering vehicles and related services, while building strong, long-term relationships with clients. This role collaborates directly with the sales and marketing team to ensure that sales targets are achieved, providing an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and target new customers in the automotive market.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or any related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Strong knowledge of the automotive market and trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
