Role Definition
We are looking for a Sales Representative to manage dealers' relationships, market company products and services, and assist in developing dealer sales capability.

What You Will Do
  • Understand the business model and act within business process guidance.
  • Assist dealers with the forecast, sales/rental/used strategy planning, and sales techniques.
  • Conduct regular sales performance reviews with dealers.
  • Present products or services to stakeholders and address their needs.

What You Will Have
  • Customer focus with knowledge of customer needs and satisfaction.
  • Industry knowledge relevant to equipment and sales.
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.

Top Candidates Also Have
  • Relevant degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
  • Knowledge of Caterpillar products and construction equipment industry.
  • Experience in Retail development would be an asset.

Additional Information
Must be willing to travel extensively (50%) within ME Region.
