About the Role
Veeam Software is seeking a Senior Account Executive – Security & Defense to join our team in Riyadh. This full-time position focuses on developing and closing business with new and existing enterprise customers within strategic accounts in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, driving growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the assigned book of business, including new business development, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Drive solution selling initiatives across both existing customer bases and new prospects.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans, fostering executive-level engagement and establishing Executive Level Partnerships (ELPs).
- Generate and maintain a robust sales pipeline as a consistent daily activity.
- Ensure customer renewals and drive up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Provide accurate revenue forecasts and report on account activities.
- Conduct weekly field meetings with customers.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of selling into Central Government, Defense, and Security sectors.
- Demonstrated success in consistently exceeding sales quotas for at least 3 consecutive years.
- Experience in enterprise software sales, including field sales and account management, with a history of accomplishment in the enterprise market.
- The ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities.
- A track record of selling to IT infrastructure and security teams, with C-level access being a notable advantage.
- A self-starter mentality with the capacity for rapid learning and a high degree of coachability.
- A strong sense of ownership and the ability to operate independently to drive results.
