About the Role: Senior Account Executive
Alexander Lyons Solutions (ALS) is a retained growth partner for a multinational creative and marketing agency currently undergoing significant expansion. We are seeking a Senior Account Executive to join the Client Servicing team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is central to supporting one of the agency's key regional accounts, focusing on project management and delivery excellence rather than solely traditional client servicing.
Role Purpose and Operational Focus
This role is project management-led, positioned at the core of delivery operations. Success hinges on structure, clarity, and operational excellence, alongside effective client relationship building. The Senior Account Executive will translate complex briefs across diverse channels—including Out-of-Home (OOH), digital, internal, and corporate communications—into clear, structured inputs for creative and production teams. This position serves as the operational backbone for the account, ensuring seamless workflow, adherence to timelines, and that internal teams operate from precise, well-defined briefs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong, genuine relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Maintain proactive, clear, and consistent communication to ensure clients are supported, informed, and valued.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and key check-ins with professionalism.
- Coordinate work delivery across strategy, digital, creative, and communications, ensuring high-quality, on-brand outputs aligned with client objectives.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, anticipating challenges proactively.
- Track performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for client growth.
- Identify opportunities to add value and strengthen partnerships through innovative ideas.
- Support the Account Manager/Director in pitches, new business opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare polished reports and maintain organized records for all client work.
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and a proactive mindset in client service and teamwork.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess 5 to 10 years of experience in a relevant account or project management role. This is a high-accountability position requiring an individual who is detail-driven, structured in their thinking, and comfortable operating effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment. A strong capability to manage complex briefs and ensure operational excellence is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within the energy, government, or B2B sectors.
- Prior experience working on high-volume or fast-moving accounts where efficiency and accuracy directly impact output quality.
- Strong exposure to workflow management tools and structured delivery systems, such as timelines, trackers, job numbers, and resource planning.
Compensation
This full-time position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from 16,200 SAR to 18,400 SAR.
