About the Role

Digby Morris Executive Search & Talent Acquisition is seeking a Senior Manager – Asset Management (Hospitality) for a leading mixed-use developer in Riyadh. This full-time position involves overseeing the financial and operational performance of a portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets, with the goal of maximizing asset value through strategic financial analysis and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the commercial and financial performance of a portfolio of hospitality assets.
• Analyze budgets, forecasts, business plans, and operating results to identify risks and opportunities for return improvement.
• Develop financial models, investment appraisals, cash flow forecasts, and business cases to support asset and capital investment decisions.
• Prepare executive-level reporting and performance presentations for senior management and investment stakeholders.
• Review hotel operator performance to ensure compliance with management agreements and business objectives.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, capital expenditure planning, and asset repositioning initiatives.
• Conduct market research, benchmarking, and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and commercial opportunities.
• Collaborate with finance, development, legal, and technical teams to align operational and investment strategies.
• Manage relationships with hotel operators, consultants, and external advisors, representing ownership interests in commercial discussions and performance reviews.
• Support acquisitions, feasibility studies, strategic initiatives, and long-term portfolio optimization.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Hospitality, Economics, or a related discipline, with a Master's degree being advantageous. Approximately 5-8 years of experience is required in areas such as hotel asset management, hospitality consulting, real estate investment, corporate finance, or senior hotel operations. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, including valuation, forecasting, and investment analysis, are essential. A solid understanding of hotel management agreements, hospitality KPIs, revenue management, and owner reporting is also necessary.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proficiency in financial modeling and analytical techniques.
• Knowledge of hotel management agreements and hospitality KPIs.
• Experience with luxury or upscale hospitality assets is highly desirable.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with business intelligence platforms is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Commercial acumen and attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple high-profile assets concurrently.
