Role Overview: Senior Infrastructure Engineer

Radian Engineering Consulting Company is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is focused on the supervision of high-voltage (HV) cabling and dry utility works, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable standards on large-scale development projects.

Core Purpose and Project Impact

The primary purpose of this role is to provide technical oversight for dry utilities and HV systems across multiple interfacing electrical network packages. The engineer will play a critical role in ensuring the compliant and coordinated delivery of HV cabling and dry utility network construction, including reviewing submittals and verifying site compliance with electrical designs and specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation and testing of HV cabling works and associated dry utility networks, such as telecom ducting and LV networks.
• Review contractor shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with electrical and HV design specifications.
• Inspect and verify cable laying, jointing, termination, and HV testing/commissioning works on site.
• Coordinate HV and dry utilities works interfaces with civil, structural, and roadworks activities.
• Report progress and technical issues related to HV and dry utilities to the Resident Engineer or Construction Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years of overall relevant experience in the field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles or projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of regional experience within the Middle East.

Specialized Skills and Technical Knowledge

• Direct site experience with HV cable installation, testing, and commissioning, specifically with systems of 33kV and above.
• Demonstrated experience with Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) specifications and approval processes.
