V3 Middle East Engineering Consultants is seeking a Senior Interior Design Architect to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This full-time position is crucial for leading and overseeing interior design and fit-out supervision packages for projects within the region.

The Role of Senior Interior Design Architect

The Senior Interior Design Architect will ensure top-tier quality compliance on behalf of the Supervision Consultant. This involves comprehensive management of interior design contractor submittals, approval of high-end materials, and multi-disciplinary site coordination. The role is integral to maintaining project standards and adhering to approved designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct technical reviews of interior design contractor submittals, including shop drawings, high-end material samples, and method statements, and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Provide site leadership and technical guidance to site inspectors for interior design and fit-out works.
• Ensure all interior architectural works strictly comply with luxury project specifications, approved design concepts, and drawings.
• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines, such as MEP and Structural teams, to resolve site conflicts and ensure work alignment with project schedules.
• Lead site inspections, testing, and commissioning processes for interior design mock-ups and final handovers, maintaining precise records.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates for this role should possess 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in interior design and fit-out supervision. Specific requirements include:

• A valid Membership Certificate from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
• Current residency in Saudi Arabia.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role requires on-site presence to manage and oversee project execution effectively.
