About the Role

General Trading Company (GTC) Olayan Group is seeking a Senior Sales Representative to join its team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is designed to drive company sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and cultivating relationships with existing clients. The Senior Sales Representative will contribute to achieving targeted growth and company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and strengthen professional business relationships through regular visits to existing accounts.
• Achieve individual sales targets by customer and category within defined timeframes.
• Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure client retention.
• Foster a collaborative team environment within the sales department, leading by example for fellow sales representatives, especially new hires.
• Process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring follow-up to enhance customer service levels.
• Ensure the timely and effective implementation of promotional activities across all accounts as per the established plan.
• Proactively share insights on competitor activities with the direct manager for submission to the marketing team.
• Identify and capture new sales opportunities during field visits, analyze consumer behaviors, and provide recommendations to management.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in a related sales field.
• Experience ranging from 2-5 years is required for this position.

• Strong customer relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client partnerships.
