About the Role

Saudi Constructioneers Ltd. (Saudico), a construction company established in 1972 with a Grade One classification from the Ministry of Housing and Public Works, is seeking a Senior Site Engineer for its project team in Riyadh. Saudico has over 52 years of experience in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's development. The Senior Site Engineer will be responsible for supervising site activities, ensuring adherence to project specifications, drawings, quality standards, and timelines, and fostering coordination among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily site activities to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Coordinate effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to facilitate smooth and efficient project execution.
• Review and approve technical drawings, method statements, and all other site-related documentation.
• Ensure that work progress consistently aligns with established project schedules and meets all quality requirements.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and site-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee adherence to all safety standards and company procedures.
• Provide support for project planning, reporting, and progress tracking activities.
• Prepare comprehensive site reports and maintain meticulous project documentation.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering field.
• A minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant experience in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of site execution principles, construction methodologies, and project coordination techniques.
• Demonstrated experience in managing site activities and effectively supervising subcontractors.
• A good understanding of project schedules, quality standards, and safety regulations within the construction industry.
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) membership is preferred/required.
