About the Role
Heuristix Digital Technologies Private Limited is seeking a Senior Solution Consulting Consultant to join their team in Riyadh. This is a full-time, individual contributor role responsible for leading the non-commercial aspects of complex enterprise deals.
Role Overview
The Senior Solution Consulting Consultant serves as the primary solutioning expert within the enterprise segment. This role requires significant autonomy and deep domain expertise in L&D/HRMS. The consultant will act as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams, managing the entire non-commercial deal cycle for intricate, multi-stakeholder pursuits.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering customized product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Developing and owning solution proposals, including process-to-platform mapping, implementation strategies, integration architecture, and business cases.
- Managing technical and functional evaluation cycles, such as Proof of Concept (PoC) scoping and success criteria definition.
- Coordinating with internal teams including Product Solutions, Product, Engineering, Infosec, and Professional Services to address gaps and provide accurate responses.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the Disprz LMS/LXP platform, its modules, integrations, content marketplace, and roadmap.
- Serving as a domain authority on L&D technology, including use cases, buyer journeys, and workforce development strategies.
- Monitoring the competitive landscape and articulating Disprz's differentiation against key competitors.
- Contributing to competitive intelligence materials such as battle cards and objection-handling guides.
- Providing structured product feedback to the Product team to influence the roadmap.
- Collaborating with Customer Success to ensure solution fidelity post-sale.
- Supporting marketing and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams with messaging and use case narratives.
- Mentoring and coaching other Solution Consulting team members.
- Maintaining accurate deal documentation in the CRM system.
- Adhering to the Solution Consulting playbook and frameworks.
- Participating in win/loss reviews to identify and share learnings.
Qualifications and Experience
- 5-10 years of total experience.
- A minimum of 4 years in a solution consulting or presales individual contributor role.
- Mandatory experience in L&D, LMS/LXP, or HRMS software with deep domain fluency.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage enterprise deal cycles from discovery through to commercial handoff.
- Experience working with enterprise customers.
- An engineering or technical degree is preferred; an MBA is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a full-time position based in Riyadh.
