About Mismar and the Role

Mismar is a startup dedicated to reengineering the car repairs and maintenance market through the adoption of quality standards and the utilization of technology. The company operates across most cities in Saudi Arabia and has participated in several well-known accelerators/incubators, also being recognized as part of the Saudi Unicorn Program for startups. We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our full-time team in Riyadh, contributing to the development of user-centric digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality UI design solutions, including wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
• Translate business requirements into creative user experience design specifications for the product.
• Prepare wireframes and prototypes using various design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, and Sketches.
• Develop and maintain the design system, UI components, and style guides for product use.
• Conceptualize and develop a comprehensive UI design strategy for the brand.
• Provide advice and guidance on implementing UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
• Adhere to established style standards for typography and graphic design.

Required Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years of experience in UI-related roles.
• Experience working as part of a cross-functional team in software development.
• Familiarity and experience with agile methodologies.

Technical Skills and Domain Experience

• Proficiency with various design and prototyping tools.
• Preferable experience in SaaS and Mobile App environments.

Collaboration and Documentation

• Ability to articulate work and decisions through both excellent written documentation and verbal communication.
• Work closely with the development team to establish plans for product release.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external designers to ensure the creation and delivery of high-quality digital user experiences.
• Demonstrate excellent documentation skills.
