About the Role

Saudi Emaar Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Engineer to join its team in Riyadh. This full-time position is crucial for overseeing project execution and ensuring adherence to established plans and specifications. The ideal candidate will possess practical experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in project implementation and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the execution of on-site works in accordance with approved plans and technical specifications.
• Monitor daily work progress and ensure strict adherence to the project timeline.
• Coordinate effectively with contractors, subcontractors, and on-site work teams.
• Review execution drawings and confirm their correct application on site.
• Monitor the quality of works and materials used, ensuring compliance with specifications.
• Quantify materials and track site requirements for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports detailing work progress and completion rates.
• Coordinate with consultants and relevant stakeholders regarding technical works and observations.
• Ensure the implementation of occupational safety and health requirements within the site.
• Address technical and field-related problems, coordinating to find appropriate solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related engineering specialization.

Required Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in the execution and management of site works.

Skills and Abilities

• Proficiency in reading plans and technical specifications.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong skills in follow-up, coordination, and team management.
• Ability to work effectively in a field environment and manage work pressure.
• Proficiency in the English language is considered an advantage.
