About the Role: As a Senior Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business goals. You will need to be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of social media trends and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Social Media Strategy: Create, execute, and manage comprehensive strategies that align with the company's marketing and business goals.
  • Content Creation and Management: Develop engaging content for social media platforms including X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Community Management: Monitor and engage with our community, managing responses and messages professionally.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and report on social media performance, providing actionable insights.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends and apply this knowledge.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, PR, and design teams for cohesive messaging.
  • Training and Mentorship: Guide and train junior team members.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of social media management experience
  • Depth knowledge of the property market and media production
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing software
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Proficient in using social media management tools
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
