Join Bayut KSA as a Senior Social Media Specialist!

Bayut is the leading property portal in the Kingdom, dedicated to providing an excellent online search experience. As part of Dubizzle Group, we aim to connect millions of users with the best property listings. In this role, you will develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy to enhance our online presence and engage our audience effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategy Development: Create and manage comprehensive social media strategies that align with business goals.
  • Content Creation: Develop high-quality and engaging content for platforms like X, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Community Management: Interact with our community by managing responses and messages professionally.
  • Analytics: Track and analyze social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvements.
  • Trend Analysis: Stay updated with the latest social media trends and apply this knowledge to enhance our presence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, PR, and design teams for cohesive brand messaging.
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance to junior team members to foster continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • 5+ years of experience in Social Media management.
  • Knowledge of the property market.
  • Proficiency in video and photo editing software.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
