Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for our clients.
- Identify and achieve key social media performance indicators.
- Prepare, manage, and monitor social media content plans and calendars.
- Create and execute creative ideas for photoshoots and short videos.
- Participate in campaign ideas regarding execution and measure the success of each campaign.
- Stay updated on the latest practices and best techniques in social media.
- Use social media tools such as Amplify and Talkwalker.
- Collaborate with the customer service, social media, and creative teams to ensure engaging content plans.
- Monitor user engagement and suggest content improvements.
- Recruit/train others in the social media team.
- Provide constructive feedback on social media plans and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in social media.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various social media platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Exceptional ability to create engaging and unique content.
- Organizational skills and the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to measure and improve performance.
