Job Objective:
To efficiently manage and execute freight shipping operations, ensuring timely delivery in accordance with regulations while achieving the highest levels of accuracy, commitment, and operational quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange domestic and international shipping operations.
• Issue and prepare shipping documents (bill of lading, invoices, packing lists).
• Liaise with shipping companies and customs brokers.
• Track shipment status until final delivery.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and instructions.
• Address any delays, damage, or loss of shipments.
• Enter and continuously update shipping data in the approved system.
• Coordinate with warehouses to ensure shipment readiness.
• Prepare periodic reports on shipping performance and on-time delivery indicators.
• Control costs and improve the efficiency of transportation operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of experience in shipping or logistics.
• Knowledge of shipping and customs regulations.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel.
• Fluency in English (reading and writing).

• Understanding of operational performance indicators (OTDs, Lead Time, Shipping Accuracy).
