About the Role

Bupa Arabia is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join its Smart Clinic in Riyadh. The incumbent will play a vital role in providing general and specialized physiotherapy services, with a focus on delivering personalized care and rehabilitation support to patients. The primary goal is to empower patients to achieve maximum mobility, independence, and quality of life, supporting their recovery from physical injuries, illnesses, post-surgery, or disabilities.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to diagnose physical limitations, deficits, and functional abilities.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and patient needs, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Apply physiotherapy techniques, exercises, and interventions to effectively improve mobility and alleviate pain.
• Provide ongoing rehabilitation support to patients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Communicate with patients and their families to provide updates on progress and adjustments to the treatment plan.
• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-management techniques, and preventative measures.
• Provide clear and understandable instructions to empower patients in their recovery process.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, documenting treatment plans and progress notes.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policies related to documentation.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physiotherapy techniques, research, and technology.
• Participate in continuing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Basic understanding of musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions and their impact on functional mobility.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
• Ability to develop integrated treatment plans.
• Experience in applying evidence-based interventions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and multidisciplinary team members.
• Excellent documentation and reporting abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
• A degree in Physiotherapy is required.
