Job Description
About the Role
alfanar Group is seeking a Specialist, Sales to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position requires 2-5 years of experience and focuses on managing distributor relationships and achieving sales targets within the wholesale market.
Role Overview
The Specialist, Sales will hold full responsibility for meeting targeted sales plans for each distributor. This includes comprehensive account management, encompassing sales, delivery, collection, and credit management, all in adherence to applicable regulations and controls. The role ensures the preservation of distributor interests and rights, fostering a continuous business relationship and supporting alfanar's strategic sales and marketing objectives in the wholesale sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve targeted sales plans for each assigned distributor.
- Manage distributor accounts, overseeing sales, delivery, collection, and credit processes.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable regulations and controls.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with distributors.
- Represent alfanar professionally before its distributors, safeguarding their rights.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within distributor accounts.
- Address and resolve distributor concerns and issues promptly.
- Communicate distributor requirements and challenges to internal teams.
- Monitor service delivery to ensure distributor satisfaction.
- Track sales activities and distributor engagement metrics.
- Maintain accurate records of distributor interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as customer service, product, and marketing to meet distributor needs.
Role Accountabilities
- Perform planned activities to meet operational and development targets according to delivery schedules.
- Utilize resources effectively to achieve objectives within efficient cost and time parameters.
- Provide periodic reports detailing deviations and execution of planned tasks.
- Solve related problems and escalate complex operational issues.
- Ensure quality requirements are met, developing effective quality control processes.
- Coordinate well-defined systems, policies, and procedures, seeking automation opportunities.
- Comply with relevant policies, procedures, and work instructions.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental management procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Institute.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to obtain updated soft and technical skills related to the job.
