Role Overview

Catrion Group is seeking a Supervisor C, B&I and Remote Sites to join their team in Riyadh. This full-time position is central to ensuring high standards of meal service and operational efficiency across various business, industry, and remote site locations. The role requires a professional with a proven track record in food and beverage service management.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the proper preparation and organization of all service locations for meal services.
• Assist in the efficient service of food and beverages within designated areas, prioritizing customer satisfaction.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Utilize food and beverage expertise to enhance the overall dining experience for customers.
• Communicate and liaise effectively with production areas to ensure timely and accurate meal delivery.
• Assist in placing daily orders from the production area and beverage stores to meet service requirements.
• Inspect the physical environment and ensure all equipment meets company standards before use.
• Adhere to all hygiene practices and regulations in compliance with company policies and health standards.
• Maintain a high standard of personal hygiene, setting a professional example for team members.
• Ensure proper presentation and arrangement of food and beverage items to enhance the dining experience.
• Monitor inventory levels of food and beverage items, reporting shortages or excesses to management.
• Support the setup and clearing of service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness for subsequent services.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries or complaints promptly, escalating issues when necessary.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve food and beverage service skills.
• Assist in maintaining accurate records of daily operations, including service reports and inventory updates.

Required Experience

Candidates for this supervisory role must possess 2-5 years of experience in a relevant food and beverage service environment, preferably within business, industry, or remote site operations. This experience should demonstrate a capacity for managing service delivery and upholding operational standards.
