Familiarity with fabrication workflows and strong client relationships with inspectors is essential.

1. Painting and Blasting Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise blasting and painting operations according to approved ITPs and procedures.
Ensure compliance with coating systems and surface preparation standards.
Coordinate with QA/QC for necessary inspections and controls.
Maintain and oversee the material usage and storage processes.
Implement environmental and health safety requirements.

Preferred Knowledge:

Hands-on experience with industrial coating systems.
Familiarity with SSPC / AMPP / ISO standards.
Knowledge of NACE / BGAS / FROSIO inspections is advantageous.

2. Welding Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise all welding activities in the shop.
Ensure compliance with welding procedures and monitor parameters.
Manage welder qualifications.
Communicate effectively with QA/QC and third-party inspectors.

Mandatory Requirements:

Significant hands-on welding supervision in structural steel fabrication.
Experience implementing WPS.

3. Warehouse Supervisor Responsibilities:

Oversee warehouse operations for raw materials and finished goods.
Ensure material traceability and manage stock levels.
Control inspections and coordinate material movements.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with steel structure warehouses.
Knowledge of ERP systems, especially Odoo.
