About the Technical Engineer Role

This full-time position is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience looking to contribute to tailored lighting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by preparing proposals, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Provide customers with technical information and conduct product demonstrations.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Visit project sites to ensure alignment with project progress.
• Offer technical assistance to customers throughout the sales cycle and post-sale.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions under the guidance of the sales account manager.
• Provide technical support to customers, including presenting samples and creating mockups as needed.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively.

Administrative and Support Functions

• Maintain sales records, reports, and necessary documentation.
• Support order processing and inventory management activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Possession of strong knowledge in electrical products, power, and controls.
• Experience ranging from fresh graduate to a maximum of two years in the lighting field.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
